Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in food production or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Solid understanding of GMPs, OEE, and production KPIs.
- Familiarity with food processing machinery and production lines.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
