- Preparing the café menu items according to company guidelines
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Ensuring all café areas are clean, tidy and well stocked
- Greeting customers and providing them with product information
- Operating grinders and espresso machines
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales transactions
- Complying with health and safety regulations as outlined by the local government
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Understanding of specialty coffee drinks such as macchiato and cortado
- Strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
