The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, an excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to create delicious drinks with attention to detail. The successful candidate should be friendly and approachable with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing top-notch service. They must be able to work independently, follow instructions, and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the café menu items according to company guidelines
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Ensuring all café areas are clean, tidy and well stocked
• Greeting customers and providing them with product information
• Operating grinders and espresso machines
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales transactions
• Complying with health and safety regulations as outlined by the local government

Qualifications
