Overview

Truck driver in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced truck driver for the Al-Kuwait area. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver’s license and a good driving record. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position who can demonstrate a good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely and on time in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
• Keep the truck in good condition.
• Drive trucks over established routes or within an established territory and operate trucks with gross vehicle weights of more than 10 thousand pounds safely.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including wearing protective clothing such as safety vests.
• Load and unload cargo.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, fuel consumption, etc.
• Communicate regularly with dispatcher about routes, delivery times, etc.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns.
• Maintain logs of working hours or vehicle service or repair status.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws.

Qualifications
