Role Description

The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient handling of fabric and related materials. This role includes managing inventory levels, supervising stock receiving and dispatch, coordinating storage and layout, and maintaining accurate records in warehouse systems. The Warehouse Manager leads and trains warehouse staff, monitors workflow, and implements safety and quality standards to protect products and equipment. The position also involves working closely with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to optimize stock availability, support on-time deliveries, and improve operational processes.

Qualifications

• Strong inventory oversight skills, including Inventory Control and Inventory Management.
• Experience with warehouse stock processes, including Stock Control within a fast-paced environment.
• Background in Operations Management, with the ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Practical knowledge of equipment handling and safety, including Forklift Operation or similar material-handling tools.
• Previous experience in warehouse or supply chain management, preferably in textiles or manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with using warehouse management software and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous process improvement.
