Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Warehouse Operations in Kuwait to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods. You will aim for high customer satisfaction and lead the full cycle from warehousing to order fulfilment.

The role requires 3-5 years of warehousing experience, strong budget awareness, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position is a 1-year fixed-term contract and on-site in Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics.
• 3-5 years of warehousing & distribution experience in retail/perfumes and cosmetics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and efficiency.
• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods and cost control.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff and maintain HSE compliance.
