Job summary

NaSoft is seeking a Warehouse Keeper to manage daily warehouse operations. The role requires organization, reliability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision to ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment and compliance with procedures.

Key duties include receiving goods, maintaining records, picking/packing orders, handling COD payments, and conducting stock counts. The position offers company-provided housing, transport, and living allowance in Kuwait City.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management or e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and integrity.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Warehouse Keeper to take full responsibility for managing the company's warehouse and overseeing all daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive goods from suppliers and verify quantities and quality.
• Organize inventory and maintain proper warehouse storage locations.
• Update and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Print invoices and shipping labels.
• Hand over prepared orders to delivery drivers and ensure order accuracy.
• Receive and document Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and submit them according to company procedures.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor low-stock items and report replenishment needs to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse.

• Previous experience in warehouse management or e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in using computers and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and integrity.
• Ability to manage warehouse operations independently with minimal supervision.

Working conditions :

• Working days : 6 days / week
