Qualifications

• University Degree from a reputed university.
• At least 2 years experience in customer service and dealing with VIP clients.
• Sales tactical personality.
• Smart, professional, and presentable personality.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem solving and attention to details.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard hospital database technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients face to face or over the phone.
• Have a good understanding of the businesses services and communicate with clients thoroughly.
• Understand clients' needs and respond with a plan to meet them.
• Provide information about rooms, suites, services, and doctors' charges to clients.
• Show the rooms, suites and facilities to clients.
• Reserve rooms and suites for clients including VIP and VVIP.
• Follow up with clients for interest and room reservations.
• Congratulate clients on deliveries and distribute complimentary gifts daily.
• Prepare certificates for newborns.
• Foster and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Seek appropriate contacts in organizations.
• Think strategically and set goals to develop and improve the business.
• Train team members where appropriate.
• Attend training seminars where appropriate.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to the department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Dept Head.
