Job summary

Recruiters Zone And Associates is seeking an experienced Contracts/Quantity Surveyor for a major EPC company in Kuwait. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 6–8 years of oil and gas contract experience, coordinating subcontract administration, payments, and change orders.

You will monitor subcontracts, prepare change orders, review claims, and ensure compliance with company procedures. The position is long-term, with relocation support, monthly salary KD600–KD800, transport

• 6 to 8 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience.
• Experience with contract administration and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quantity survey activities and administration of prime contracts and subcontracts within assigned Project(s).
• Ensure that the administration of assigned project(s) contracts is in accordance with the Companys Organization Management System Procedures.
• Monitor the performance of awarded subcontracts as well as review and verify related monthly payments and final accounts.
• Formulate Change Orders to existing subcontract agreements when required in cases of change in scope and/or pricing.
• Assist in the preparation of change orders to the Prime Contract between the Company and the Client.
• Assist in the review and settlement of claims raised by clients, subcontractors, and/or suppliers.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary: 600 KD - 800 KD Per Month (based on the outcome of interview) + 50 KD Transportation allowance + 30 days paid annual leave and private medical insurance for self
• Contract is long term
• Accommodation and food allowances are Included in the Mentioned salary.
• Company will provide 1 month free accommodation upon their arrival to Kuwait. After that candidates have to arrange their own.
• There will be 30 paid leave annually.
• Free economy class one way air ticket from home country to Kuwait for Joining & project completion other additional benefits as per company policy and Kuwait law.
