Job summary

Charm Connect is seeking a Land Surveyor in Al-Kuwait to measure and map land areas for construction projects. You will work with GPS, total stations, and laser levels to produce accurate boundaries and topographic maps.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying and at least 2 years of experience, with CAD proficiency. The position is on-site in Al-Kuwait and offers visa-free opportunities for eligible candidates.

A reputable construction company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas for construction projects This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Land Surveyor looking to advance their career and work on exciting projects in a fast-paced environment

• Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS total stations and laser levels
• Accurately measure land boundaries topography and other features
• Create detailed maps and reports of survey findings
• Provide recommendations for land use based on survey results
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure accurate project plans
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with survey plans
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper functioning
• Adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related role
• Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS total stations and laser levels
• Knowledge of CAD software for map creation and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary The salary for this position is 1700$ per month

Location This position is located in Al-Kuwait

Preference will be given to Egyptian or Kenyan candidates who are already living in Al-Kuwait with their own visa
