Job summary

Hanmi Global is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Kuwait to manage cost control, measurement, and contract administration for building and infrastructure projects. This role ensures accurate budgeting, efficient cost management, and compliance with project and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and experience in cost management. Mandatory documents include a valid Kuwait Civil ID and transferable residency.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost management for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of measurement standards and contract procedures.
• PAHW project experience preferred, strong construction experience essential.

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and verify contractor payments
• Monitor project costs and identify variations or claims
• Review contracts, specifications, and drawings
• Prepare cost reports and support commercial negotiations

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in cost management for construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of measurement standards and contract procedures
• Proficiency in QS software and MS Office
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred, but strong construction/engineering experience is essential.
