Job summary

Recruiters Zone And Associates in Kuwait seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to coordinate quantity survey activities and administer prime contracts and sub contracts within assigned projects.

You will ensure contract administration aligns with the company’s procedures, monitor subcontract performance, and verify monthly payments and final accounts. The role requires 6–8 years in the Oil & Gas field and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quantity survey activities and administration of prime contracts and subcontracts within assigned Projects
• Ensure that the administration of assigned projects' contracts is in accordance with the Company’s Organization Management System Procedures
• Monitor the performance of awarded subcontracts as well as review and verify related monthly payments and final accounts
• Supervise the remeasurement of work when required and appropriate
• Formulate Change Orders to existing subcontract agreements when required in cases of change in scope and/or pricing
• Assist in the preparation of change orders to the Prime Contract between the Company and the Client
• Assist in the review and settlement of claims raised by clients, subcontractors and/or suppliers
• Bachelors degree in engineering
• 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the Oil and Gas field.
