Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a District Sales Executive in Kuwait to lead the sales process and secure new local accounts within the Expeditors network. You will drive revenue growth by attracting, closing, and growing business in the district while collaborating with regional teams.

You will manage territory, build customer relationships, and develop value-added logistics solutions. This role demands target-driven, self-motivated professionals with strong English skills and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required (oral and written).
• Strong knowledge of the trade/market in Kuwait.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in the required market.
• Solid problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; high urgency to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and know potential customers and competitors.
• Enter data promptly into the CRM tool.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with regional teams.
• Create value-added logistics solutions (network diagrams, cost-benefit).
• Support onboarding of new accounts and transitions.
• Assist AR collection and credit setup for new customers.
• Attend training to develop selling skills and Expeditors knowledge.
• Attend local trade groups as directed by the DSM.
• Maintain a diversified sales pipeline across Expeditors services.
