Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills mandatory.
• Fluent written/spoken English and Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ooredoo products and services to customers and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain inventory, cash handling and store compliance.
• Upsell Ooredoo digital platforms and direct customers to self-service options.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues following procedures.
