Responsibilities include handling enquiries, maintaining knowledge of offerings, and ensuring accurate data entry and payments.

Qualifications

• 2 year diploma in business or a related discipline.
• High school certificate with relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers at the Retail Store by handling enquiries, providing information on, and selling Ooredoo products and services.
• Sell Ooredoo Kuwait products and services as per policies and up-sell to meet sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet objectives and retain customers.
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Provide information on new products and resolve customer queries professionally.
