Qualifications

• High School certificate or equivalent with sales support experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ooredoo products and services and build customer loyalty.
• Meet and surpass sales targets set by management.
• Handle cash, receipts and daily financial reporting.
• Maintain inventory and store appearance.
• Upsell digital platforms and cross-sell services.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues.
