Job summary

Ooredoo Kuwait is looking for an Executive, Retail Store for its Phono subsidiary. You will drive in-store sales of Ooredoo products and services and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will meet sales targets, manage stock, assist customers, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues. The role requires 2-3 years of experience, strong communication in English and Arabic, and a professional appearance per sales standards.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate, Sales Support discipline or equivalent years' experience.
• Required 2-3 years of experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good in written and verbal English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ooredoo products and services to the customer and achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet the sales targets of Ooredoo products and services as set by the manager.
• Attend regular team meetings and prepare requested reports.
• Retain and manage inventory, keep stock levels and merchandising in good condition.
• Handle cash, collect daily sales, issue receipts and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with other departments promptly.
• Uphold dress code, professionalism and sales standards in-store.
