Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Kuwait City is seeking a Team Manager to lead a high-performing luxury retail team and ensure exceptional client experience. You will coach staff, drive sales performance, and manage talent development, while aligning with Louis Vuitton values.

Responsibilities include recruitment, objective setting, succession planning, clienteling, and floor management to maximize opportunities and service standards, in partnership with the Store Manager and country teams.

Responsibilities

Job responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain a highly motivated team in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Client Experience & Business Development

• Ensure the team consistently delivers the Louis Vuitton promise to every client.
• Support the team in building strong and long-term client relationships through Clienteling.
• Foster a strong client-centric mindset and proactively manage client-related situations.

Sales Leadership & Floor Management

• Act as a role model on the sales floor, supporting the team with selling, cross-selling, and client repurchase.
• Build and maintain a personal client portfolio.
• Ensure optimal floor management to maximize business opportunities and service standards.

Business Animation & Communication

• Communicate and animate corporate strategy, business priorities, and objectives through briefings and training sessions.
• Contribute qualitative market and client feedback to country and regional teams.
• Implement action plans to boost performance through clienteling, visual merchandising, and team engagement.

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are respected.
• Support inventory management and operational processes.
• Partner with the Store Manager on workforce planning and store organization.

Category Leadership

• Act as a point of reference for a product category, partnering with merchandising teams.
• Animate category performance through expertise sharing, mentoring, and action plans.
