Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Kuwait City is seeking a Team Manager to lead a high-performing luxury retail team and ensure exceptional client experience. You will coach staff, drive sales performance, and manage talent development, while aligning with Louis Vuitton values.

Responsibilities include recruitment, objective setting, succession planning, clienteling, and floor management to maximize opportunities and service standards, in partnership with the Store Manager and country teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a high-performing luxury retail team.
• Strong coaching skills with focus on development plans and feedback.
• Expertise in building client relationships and a clienteling approach.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and coaching for results.
• Ability to manage performance, set objectives, and drive succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain a motivated team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Set objectives and actively manage performance against expectations.
• Coach team members with on-the-floor support and development plans.
• Secure succession planning and talent pipeline development.
• Ensure the team delivers the Louis Vuitton client experience and builds relationships through clienteling.
• Lead sales floor activities, cross-selling, and client repurchase while maintaining floor standards.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and training; provide feedback to country and regional teams.
• Support inventory, grooming, and store organization in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Partner with merchandising teams to animate product category performance.
