Job summary

Anton is actively seeking a Consultant-Strategic Collaboration to advise on upstream partnerships in Kuwait. You will translate objectives into executable E&P projects by coordinating with technical, commercial, legal, and other stakeholders.

The role requires extensive E&P experience, leadership of diverse teams, and deep knowledge of petroleum economics and risk assessment. International exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Geoscience, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of professional Upstream Oil & Gas experience.
• Experience developing, scoping, planning, and managing complex E&P projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in geoscience, engineering and technical roles.
• Strong petroleum economics, commercial evaluation and risk assessment experience.
• Knowledge of E&P fiscal regimes and commercial frameworks.
• Experience working with major international E&P companies.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex project environments.
• International Upstream experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic collaborations and partnership opportunities in Upstream Oil & Gas.
• Translate objectives into executable projects coordinating with technical, commercial, and legal teams.
• Assess technical capabilities, staffing, facilities, and resources for E&P projects.
• Conduct petroleum economic evaluations to support decisions.
• Advise on budgets, specs, scope and execution programs.
• Develop strategic E&P project scopes with planning and stakeholders.
• Assess viability of E&P opportunities and identify development paths.
• Support management in resolving complex technical/commercial challenges.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of geoscientists and engineers.
• Evaluate risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor global E&P trends and contracting models for strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning for Upstream projects.
