Job summary

Anton is seeking a highly experienced Consultant Reservoir Engineer to work onsite in Kuwait. You will lead multidisciplinary studies, evaluate reservoir performance, and develop field development plans using advanced simulation and analytical methods.

The role requires international upstream experience, strong technical leadership, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Reservoir Engineering or a related engineering discipline; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 20+ years of international upstream oil & gas experience, with substantial reservoir engineering expertise.
• Extensive experience in reservoir evaluation, dynamic simulation, history matching, production forecasting, and FDP.
• Strong knowledge of economic evaluation techniques (NPV, IRR, breakeven).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with E&P companies and research institutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on reservoir evaluation, characterization, and development strategies.
• Design, plan, and manage reservoir simulation and modelling studies.
• Develop production forecasts using simulation, decline-curve, and analytical methods.
• Monitor reservoir pressure, production trends, and recovery efficiency to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare reservoir study reports, simulation results, and reserves estimates per PRMS/SEC standards.
