Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Geoscience, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 20+ years experience in Upstream Oil & Gas, with E&P project leadership.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic collaborations and partnerships in Upstream O&G.
• Translate objectives into executable, cross-disciplinary projects.
• Assess required capabilities, staffing, and resources for E&P projects.
• Conduct petroleum economics and provide input to decisions.
• Define project budgets, technical requirements, and execution plans.
• Lead strategic E&P scopes in coordination with planners.
• Evaluate viability of opportunities and identify development options.
• Support management in resolving technical and commercial challenges.
• Coordinate geoscientists, engineers, and other professionals.
• Assess risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor global E&P trends and contracting methodologies.
• Contribute to strategic planning for Upstream programs.
