Job summary

The British School of Kuwait is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator specializing in Compensation & Benefits to manage and optimize reward programs in Kuwait City. You will lead compensation analysis, benefits administration, payroll processing, and ensure compliance with local labour law.

Partner with HR leadership to design market-competitive pay structures, support annual salary reviews, and maintain accurate HRIS data to drive strategic decisions across the school.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to design market-competitive pay structures.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and benefits compliance.
• Excellent communicator able to explain complex compensation information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring the annual rewards strategy aligned with school objectives.
• Co-manage compensation & benefits projects and ensure policy adherence.
• Support annual salary review cycle and accurate payroll processing.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding-related compensation and benefits activities as needed.
• Conduct investigations and respond to payroll-related queries with accuracy.
