You will drive market benchmarking, job evaluations, and new hire packages; manage HRIS records and organizational grading up to date; oversee recognition programs and ensure policy compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards in healthcare or corporate settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day rewards – ensure compensation and benefits are administered accurately and on time
• Drive market alignment – support salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and new hire packages
• Maintain structures – keep salary scales, HRIS records, and organizational grading up to date
• Lead recognition programs – manage benefits, retention initiatives, and employee rewards
• Track and report – reconcile insurance and rewards transactions and deliver actionable insights
• Support employees – serve as the key point of contact for compensation queries and ensure policy compliance
• Contribute to governance – assist withpolicy development, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
