Job summary

Armada Group in Kuwait seeks an HR professional to oversee recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development across the organization. You will manage benefits, payroll, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.

Collaborating with department heads and HR affiliates, you will coordinate training programs, budget planning, and annual events, while maintaining a strong focus on staff engagement and effective HR operations within a dynamic retail group.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (Arabic and English)
• Has a driving license and own car
• Previous experience in the HR role
• Transferable visa (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment for all positions and monitor turnover.
• Assist annual performance evaluations and post-merit processes per Labor/Social Insurance laws.
• Coordinate training with Department Heads and HR Corp/Regional teams; manage e-learning and leadership programs.
• Manage employee benefits programs including healthcare, incentives, and bonuses.
• Handle payroll based on attendance/absence reports.
• Maintain employee profiles in SAP.
• Plan and execute annual team-building, trips, and company events.
• Supervise HR Assistants on labor contracts, social insurance, tax reporting, and finalization.
• Contribute to HR planning and budgeting for the upcoming year.
