Job summary

RIZE is hiring a Store Associate to run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain stock levels in Kuwait City. You will engage customers, upsell products, process payments, and keep the store clean and secure.

We seek bilingual candidates fluent in Arabic and English with experience in health, fitness, or nutrition, comfortable with POS systems, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Residency transferability is required.

Shift: 8 hours (rotational, including weekends and holidays)

About the Role:

RIZE is hiring a Store Associate to run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and keep the store clean, stocked, and secure.

What you will do:

• Handle store opening/closing procedures and daily operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through product recommendations and upselling
• Process POS transactions and cash/card payments
• Maintain stock levels, shelf presentation, and pricing accuracy, and report reorder needs
• Monitor product quality, including damage and expiry checks
• Keep the store clean, organized, and secure, and assist with loss prevention
• Complete shift handovers and daily reporting
• Support product launches, promotions, and display setups
• Build relationships with repeat customers
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, new arrivals, and nutrition trends
• Monthly and anual inventory audit (stock count)
• Maintain petty cash and its transactions

What we are Looking For:

• Bilingual (Arabic & English) — mandatory
• Experience in the health, fitness, sports, or nutrition industry — required
• Comfortable with cash handling and POS/payment systems
• Sales-driven, with strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured checklists
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Team player, comfortable coordinating shift handovers with colleagues
• Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid, transferable residency (Article 18 or Article 22) in Kuwait
