Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in QSR, café, fast-food, or casual dining with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure brand standards and procedures are followed.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent service and performance.
• Ensure smooth shift execution with proper task allocation and staffing levels.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and store presentation.
• Assist with employee training, onboarding, and development.
• Manage inventory, stock control, ordering, and wastage minimization.
• Monitor sales, labor productivity, and costs to meet targets.
• Ensure health, safety and company policy compliance.
• Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory, cash handling and staffing.
• Support promotions, marketing campaigns and new product launches.

Join a leading QSR brand in Kuwait as a Store Supervisor. We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional with strong leadership, operational, and team management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising restaurant operations, leading front-line teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational excellence while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance.

• Ensure smooth shift execution by effectively allocating tasks and maintaining adequate staffing levels.

• Monitor customer satisfaction, handle guest concerns professionally, and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation.

• Support employee training, onboarding, and ongoing development to enhance team performance.

• Assist with inventory management, stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage.

• Monitor sales performance, labor productivity, and operational costs to achieve business targets.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and company regulations.

• Prepare daily operational reports, including sales, inventory, cash handling, and staffing updates.

• Support the implementation of promotions, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.

• Coordinate with management to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the store.

• Age between 22–30 years.
• Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QSR, café, fast-food chain, or casual dining restaurant.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage restaurant teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle operational and customer-related challenges quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, inventory management, and basic reporting tools.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team-management skills.
