Job summary

RIZE is hiring a Store Associate to run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain stock levels in Kuwait City. You will engage customers, upsell products, process payments, and keep the store clean and secure.

We seek bilingual candidates fluent in Arabic and English with experience in health, fitness, or nutrition, comfortable with POS systems, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Residency transferability is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Arabic and English required.
• Experience in health, fitness, sports, or nutrition industry preferred.
• Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems.
• Sales-driven with strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and manage daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and upsell products.
• Process POS transactions and payments.
• Maintain stock levels, shelf presentation, and pricing accuracy.
• Monitor product quality, including damage and expiry checks.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and secure.
• Complete shift handovers and daily reports.
• Support product launches, promotions, and display setups.
• Build relationships with repeat customers.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and new arrivals.
• Monthly and annual stock audits.
• Maintain petty cash and its transactions.
