Job summary

Alghanim Industries - Food and Beverage is seeking a Sales Engineer with experience in swimming pool and HVAC projects in Kuwait to develop opportunities, manage client relationships, and deliver technical quotations. You will identify new business, coordinate with design and procurement teams, negotiate contracts, and strive to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

This role requires a mechanical or related engineering degree and 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, plus a valid driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in swimming pools, MEP, water features, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and HVAC project sales.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications; valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for swimming pool and HVAC projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and end users.
• Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on project specifications.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
• Monitor project progress from order to handover.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Participate in exhibitions and marketing activities to promote the business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through pre-sales and after-sales support.
