Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree and 2+ years in air conditioning field required.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC Applied products: chillers, AHUs, FCUs, packaged units.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations quickly and accurately for assigned projects.
• Collaborate on CRFs for special jobs.
• Prepare submittals and quotations for review.
• Review and prepare orders and process them without errors.
• Prepare unit selections and technical data as required.
• Support other sales activities as needed by management.

Role Overview

Responsible for responding to technical inquiries from consultants, MEP contractors and end users for HVAC/R machines including Applied products (chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, packaged units). Optimized selection of units as per project specifications and constant support to all type customers from across Middle East on product enquiries to enhance company performance and share in market.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the assigned ASM or TSM fully by ensuring his desired preparation of Quotations are done expeditiously and properly.
• Responsible for working with assigned people on CRFs on special jobs.
• Responsible for preparation of Submittals and quotations
• Responsible for review and preparation of Orders, and processing of orders (without any errors or modifications) as and when assigned.
• Responsible for preparation of Selections and Technical Data as and when required.
• Any other sales related activities might be assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering Graduate, 2+ years of relevant experience in Air Conditioning field.
• Technical & application knowledge for the HVAC Applied products (chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, packaged units).

Skills & Experience

• Experience in split and central A/C Control system.
• Experience in HVAC systems refrigeration fittings and electrical parts
• Arabic language will be an advantage
