Job Summary

The Sr. Recruitment Officer plays a key role in driving manpower planning and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality talent. The role focuses on optimizing sourcing channels, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting business hiring needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Manpower planning and the development of recruitment strategies
• Manage high-volume hiring across the Recruitment Management System and external job boards
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor and liaise with and manage external recruitment agencies for mass hiring requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules for both local and overseas candidates
• Oversee end-to-end interview logistics, including scheduling and on-the-day coordination
• Prepare and issue offer letters and manage candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to Kuwait and the organization
• Plan and execute overseas recruitment campaigns and hiring trips
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide timely reports

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in Kuwaitization programs is considered an added advantage.
