Job summary

SOS HR Solutions in Kuwait seeks a proactive Human Resources & Administration Executive to support HR operations, ensure efficient day-to-day office management, and uphold company policies across the organization, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in records.

You will manage employee records, onboarding, lifecycle activities, attendance and leave, HR reporting, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR and administration.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Support attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Handle general administrative duties and office coordination.
• Maintain HR records using the HR management system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
