Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Kuwait City is seeking a spa attendant to uphold cleanliness and presentation across all spa areas. You will prepare rooms, refresh supplies, assist guests, and support therapists to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene standards, reporting safety concerns, and helping with opening/closing duties. The role supports the spa team to deliver excellent service in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in all spa areas including treatment rooms, lounges, locker rooms, showers, and reception areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after guest appointments per procedures.
• Replenish towels, robes, slippers, amenities and guest supplies throughout the spa.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor spa facilities and report maintenance, safety or cleanliness concerns to supervisor.
• Ensure equipment and furnishings are in excellent condition.
• Follow health, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with laundry collection, sorting, and distribution of spa linens.
• Support therapists and spa team with operational requirements as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of spa supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is required.
• Handle lost and found items per hotel procedures.
• Wear designated uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to support spa operation and guest experience.
