Responsibilities

• Welcome all spa guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a calming and hospitable environment.
• Perform a wide variety of high-quality treatments including massages, facials, body therapies, scrubs, wraps, and holistic wellness rituals in accordance with hotel and brand protocols.
• Tailor each treatment to the guest’s individual needs, preferences, and health considerations.
• Offer advice and recommendations on post-treatment care, spa products, and wellness services.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards in treatment rooms and spa areas at all times.
• Prepare and replenish treatment rooms with the necessary supplies, linens, and amenities prior to and after each session.
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to guest concerns or requests.
• Build rapport with guests, encouraging repeat visits and promoting spa offerings in a discreet and elegant manner.
• Maintain accurate client records and contribute to personalized guest service through effective communication with colleagues.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team briefings to enhance skills and maintain service excellence.
• Support the spa team in daily operations, including reception assistance, inventory control, and retail sales as needed.
