Workato is seeking an experienced Sous Chef in Al-Kuwait to lead daily kitchen operations and ensure all dishes meet our high standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and team to plan menus, oversee prep, and maintain quality control.

Key requirements include 5+ years in a similar role, menu planning and recipe development, knowledge of food safety, and strong leadership. English fluency is preferred. Salary is 1,400 KWD per month with development opportunities.
