Job summary

PayTech Nexus Ltd in Kuwait City, Kuwait, seeks an SME Cards Product Manager for a 6-month engagement to lead commercial cards and prepaid initiatives. The role focuses on shaping the 2026 roadmap, launching prepaid and virtual card propositions, and turning portfolio data into growth.

You will own the SME cards portfolio, coordinate with business banking, technology and operations, and design campaigns to drive activation, spend and profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance for Kuwait.

Qualifications

Demonstrable cards product management across the issuing lifecycle (debit, prepaid, and/or commercial cards).
Hands-on experience delivering or supporting a card product launch or implementation (prepaid or VC).
Fluent English and Arabic preferred.
Eligibility to work on-site in Kuwait for the engagement duration.

Responsibilities

Own optimisation of the SME debit and cards portfolio using data to drive activation and growth.
Lead end-to-end delivery of new prepaid and virtual card propositions for the SME segment.
Co-create the SME cards roadmap with Business Banking, prioritizing by value and feasibility.
Design campaigns and toolkits to accelerate SME card acquisition and usage.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Risk and Compliance.
