You will design, implement, and support computing infrastructures across multiple customer environments, including servers, storage, hypervisors, operating systems, cloud platforms, backup solutions, and hyper‑converged infrastructure (HCI) and ensures SLA compliance through preventive maintenance, proactive monitoring, and advanced L3 troubleshooting by collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure including servers, storage, cloud platforms, HCI, and backup solutions.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, preventive maintenance, and advanced (L3) troubleshooting while meeting SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver integrated and successful solutions.
• Track progress, manage tickets, monitor KPIs, and prevent SLA breaches through effective workload management.
• Mentor junior engineers, maintain documentation, and contribute to technology planning.

Roles And Responsibilities
