Job Description - Senior Presales Network and Infrastructure Engineer (2620221R)

E-portal is actively recruiting for the role of Senior Presales Network and Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will be the lead technical presales specialist for campus, branch, WAN, data center, private cloud, edge, server, storage, virtualization-led opportunities. The role bridges pure networking proposals with wider transformation outcomes such as resilience, automation, observability, TCO reduction, workload performance, and secure user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for campus, branch, data center, private cloud, WAN, WI-FI, compute, storage and back-up requirements.
• Build integrated infrastructure architectures that combine network, security, compute, storage, virtualization, and automation rather than treating them as separate silos.
• Design infrastructure refresh, consolidation, and modernization roadmaps, including migration from legacy WAN or traditional campus networks to software-defined and automated environments.
• Create HLDs, BOMs, RFP responses, migration plans, and technical risk registers for enterprise and government bids.
• Run customer workshops, solution demonstrations, interoperability discussions, and proof-of-concept or pilot activities.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure architecture integrity across implementation, tuning, optimization, and lifecycle support.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, you will need to meet the below criteria:

• A minimum of 11 years of experience across enterprise networking and infrastructure, with strong exposure to SD-WAN, campus switching and wireless, network access control, data center fabrics, private cloud or HCI, compute and storage platforms, observability, and automation.
• Hold at least one current expert-level infrastructure certifications such as CCEI Enterprise Infrastructure, HPE Aruba Networking Certified Expert variants, Juniper JNCIE-ENT or JNCEI-DC, and VMware Certified Distinguished Expert.
• Master's degree is a plus. Majors preferred are in networks, systems engineering, or infrastructure architecture.
