Candidate Experience site is seeking a diligent Store Helper to join our team. You will assist with daily store operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean environment to ensure efficient service for customers.

Key duties include inventory tasks, helping customers, and supporting the sales team while adhering to safety procedures and company policies. This role requires teamwork and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail, warehouse, or store experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify shipments against documents.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise per standards.
• Assist with inventory; count stock and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Prepare merchandise for display, including tagging if needed.
• Assist customers and help with carrying purchases to vehicles.
• Operate basic equipment and support store team as required.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
