Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and allocate work for operators and technicians in the Lime & Dolomite Plant.
• Control daily production and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and product quality.
• Document and report shift performance, incidents, and improvement needs to higher management.
• Enforce safety and quality standards and take immediate operational actions within established procedures.
• Escalate major modifications or resource approvals to engineers, senior supervisors, or plant management.
