Job summary

KUWAIT STEEL is seeking personnel to operate and maintain Air Separation, Water Treatment, and LPG storage systems. The role includes adjusting oxygen/nitrogen parameters for EAF/LF processes, recording daily parameters, and ensuring safety compliance during unloading and startup activities.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance with Mechanical Technicians, supporting RCA investigations, and documenting all field readings and observations in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Record daily checks and parameters of Air Separation Plant equipment and storage facilities.
• Handle preventive maintenance with Technicians per servicing plans.
• Carry out shift activities in Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
• Support RCA investigations with field feedback and data.
• Record maintenance data in SAP with work performed, parts replaced, and observations.
• Manage operation and process tasks of ASP and LPG storage systems.
• Assist coordination with EAF, LF, and caster teams to meet demand.
• Check safety compliance and system leaks on compressors and storage tanks.
• Handle safe unloading of LPG tankers and safe shutdown/startup of oxygen plant.
