Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Service Desk Administrator for Camp Arifjan, KW. You will deliver front-line support for computer, printer, and network issues, handling tickets via ServiceNow, email, in-person, and phone, and coordinating with the IMO for efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities include initial troubleshooting, user account management, and reporting. A US clearance, medical checks, and CONUS training are required; Kuwait-specific credentials and a strong

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance, or higher level, security clearance.
• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of service desk experience.
• Prerequisites for U.S. applicants: valid U.S. passport, IDP, and ability to pass police and medical checks.
• Prerequisites for in-country applicants: Kuwait-issued license or valid U.S. docs, visa status, Civil ID/work visa.
• Pass medical and dental exams and CONUS Replacement Center training.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line service desk support for computer, printer, and network issues.
• Respond to customers in-person, by phone, ServiceNow, or email, and route unresolved tickets.
• Log and manage trouble tickets, assist IMO with site IT management, and document activities.
• Support 12-hour shifts as needed and assist with onboarding new users.
