Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics seeks a Service Desk Administrator to provide front-line support at Camp Arifjan KW. You will address computer, printer, and network issues, assist with ticket submission, and coordinate with IT groups for unresolved problems. Excellent customer service is essential.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, experience using ServiceNow, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts if needed. DoD 8570.01-M baseline certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of service desk/help desk experience.
• Must maintain DoD 8570.01-M baseline and CE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Front-line service desk support for computer, printer, and network issues.
• Respond to customers in-person, by phone, and via email or ServiceNow.
• Log, track, and resolve trouble tickets and route complex issues to IT groups.
