Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking a Service Desk Administrator for Camp Arifjan. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling computer, printer, and network issues with a focus on rapid resolution and precise ticket routing.

You will interface with the site IMO, provide in-person and remote support, and document all actions for reporting. A strong customer service background and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• US citizen with an active Secret clearance or higher
• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of service desk experience
• In-country applicants must provide visa status and valid local permits as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line service desk support and resolve PC, printer, and network issues.
• Respond to customers in person, by phone, or via email; document and route tickets.
• Use ServiceNow for ticket submission and tracking; assign unresolved tickets to IT groups.
• May work 12-hour shifts; quickly determine routing for unresolved issues.
• Assist with Microsoft OS issues and Microsoft Office suites; support Exchange accounts.
