Job summary

The Technical Sales Consultant - Modern Infrastructure at ZainTECH in Kuwait is responsible for driving revenue growth by positioning and selling Modern Infrastructure across enterprise and government customers. You will work with Account Managers, Presales, Engineering, Delivery, and vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions that support digital transformation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of enterprise technology sales experience focused on Modern Infrastructure, Data Center, Hybrid Cloud, or Networking
Proven success selling complex enterprise infrastructure solutions
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, virtualization, storage, networking, cybersecurity fundamentals, and hybrid cloud
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with enterprise technology vendors and partner ecosystems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
Professional certifications from Dell, HPE, VMware, Nutanix, Cisco, Microsoft, Red Hat, Veeam, or similar vendors are highly desirable
Cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) are highly desirable

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, qualify, develop, and close Modern Infrastructure opportunities across enterprise and government customers
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue, margin, and strategic growth objectives
Develop account and opportunity strategies aligned with customers' business and digital transformation priorities
Position business outcomes, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than product features
Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and sales governance through Salesforce
Lead customer discovery workshops to understand business objectives, existing environments, technical challenges, and future requirements
Work with Presales and Engineering teams to design end-to-end infrastructure solutions, architectures, BoMs, and commercial proposals
Deliver executive presentations, solution demonstrations, technical workshops, and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements
Support RFPs, RFIs, technical clarifications, and commercial negotiations
Deliver customer presentations, executive briefings, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
