Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or demonstrable progress toward chartership.
• 8–10 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel design principles.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS or STAAD.Pro.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to undertake site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design of infrastructure projects from feasibility to detailed design and construction support.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical teams for integrated solutions.
• Prepare and review calculations, reports, drawings and tender documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical quality assurance.
• Manage project programs, resources, budgets, and risk to keep projects on track.
• Support bid preparation, client liaison, and contractor engagement during procurement and construction.
