Job summary

Warah is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our technology team and help build, scale, and improve our HR management platform. You will design and implement scalable web applications and backend services, lead architectural discussions, mentor engineers, and ensure strong security and reliability across multi-tenant SaaS HR products.

The role requires 10+ years in software development, deep expertise in C# and .NET, REST APIs, SQL Server, and cloud delivery on Microsoft

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend systems.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, database architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of application security and secure development practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development workflows.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production SaaS applications.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical decision-making skills.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects from requirements through production.

Responsibilities
