Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognised university.
• Minimum 20 years of post-graduate experience in engineering, project management, or project delivery.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemicals, or energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of multiple large-scale PMC projects.
• Provide strategic direction across project development, execution, commissioning and close-out.
• Ensure project management processes, systems and governance are applied.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, delivery, collaboration and improvement.
• Drive proactive decision-making and problem-solving to meet objectives.
• Champion HSE leadership and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee costs, planning, scheduling, procurement and contracting.
• Lead scope and change management and monitor performance.
• Provide oversight of FEED and detailed engineering activities.
• Ensure safe construction delivery and coordination across teams.
