Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognised and accredited university.
• Minimum 20 years of post‑graduate experience in engineering, project management, or project delivery.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the oil & gas, refining, petrochemicals, or energy sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading major capital projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including projects with individual values exceeding US$500 million.
• Proven experience in engineering design, project execution, and PMC environments.

Purpose

The Projects Manager is accountable for leading the delivery of PMC services for the customer projects, ensuring safe, predictable, and successful project outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
