Job summary

WorleyParsons Limited is seeking a Lead Contracts Administrator to manage complex contracts for oil and gas facilities projects. You will lead a negotiating team, review contractual provisions, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years post-graduate experience, MRICS status, and extensive knowledge of contract law, with Middle East exposure preferred. Bachelor-level degree required and the role is based in the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• MRICS Chartered status or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of contractual terms, conditions and commercial contract law.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts for oil & gas facilities projects across forms and reimbursement modes.
• Oversee pre-award activities: bid invitations, queries, bid evaluation, negotiation and award formalities.
• Oversee post-award activities: kick-off meetings, submittals, variations, claims and closeout.
